Terms and conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
- Webshop: The online store selling wallpaper and digital pattern licenses.
- Customer: The natural or legal person who enters into an agreement with the Webshop.
- Digital Products: Licenses for digital patterns.
- Physical Products: Wallpaper delivered via a dropshipping model.
Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of the Webshop. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these terms.
Article 3 – Offers and Pricing
- All prices are stated in Euros, including VAT (unless stated otherwise) and excluding any shipping costs for the wallpaper.
- Digital products are delivered directly or via a download link after payment.
Article 4 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Due to the specific nature of our products, strict rules apply to the right of withdrawal:
- Digital Products (Pattern Licenses): The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products. By agreeing to the delivery, the Customer consents to the immediate start of the delivery and waives their right to cancel.
- Physical Products (Wallpaper via Dropshipping): Since the wallpaper is produced and shipped directly via a dropshipping partner, returns due to a change of mind or taste are not possible.
- Exception for Damage: Returns are only accepted if the wallpaper is demonstrably damaged or contains manufacturing defects upon arrival. The Customer must send photos of the damage and the packaging to our customer service within 7 days of receipt. Upon review and approval, we will provide a replacement or a refund.
Article 5 – Intellectual Property
All rights to the patterns and designs remain the property of the Webshop (or the original designer). The purchase of a license grants the Customer only the rights explicitly described in the license agreement. It is prohibited to resell or redistribute the designs without permission.

Artikel 1 – Definities
- Webshop: De online winkel die behang en digitale patroonlicenties verkoopt.
- Klant: De natuurlijke persoon of rechtspersoon die een overeenkomst aangaat met de Webshop.
- Digitale Producten: Licenties voor digitale patronen.
- Fysieke Producten: Behang dat via een dropshipping-model wordt geleverd.
Artikel 2 – Toepasselijkheid
Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle aanbiedingen, bestellingen en overeenkomsten van de Webshop. Door een bestelling te plaatsen, gaat de Klant akkoord met deze voorwaarden.
Artikel 3 – Aanbod en Prijzen
- Alle prijzen zijn vermeld in euro’s, inclusief btw (tenzij anders vermeld) en exclusief eventuele verzendkosten voor het behang.
- Digitale producten worden na betaling direct of via een downloadlink geleverd.
Artikel 4 – Herroepingsrecht en Retournering
Vanwege de specifieke aard van onze producten gelden er strikte regels voor het herroepingsrecht:
- Digitale Producten (Patroonlicenties): Het herroepingsrecht is niet van toepassing op digitale producten. Door akkoord te gaan met de levering, stemt de Klant ermee in dat de levering direct begint en ziet de Klant af van het recht op ontbinding.
- Fysieke Producten (Behang via Dropshipping): Aangezien het behang via een dropshipping-partner wordt geproduceerd en verzonden, is retourneren wegens ‘bedenktijd’ of ‘smaak’ niet mogelijk.
- Uitzondering bij schade: Retourneren is uitsluitend mogelijk indien het behang bij aankomst aantoonbaar beschadigd is of productiefouten bevat. De Klant dient binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst foto’s van de schade en de verpakking te sturen naar onze klantenservice. Na beoordeling en goedkeuring zorgen wij voor een vervangend product of terugbetaling.
Artikel 5 – Intellectueel Eigendom
Alle rechten op de patronen en ontwerpen blijven eigendom van de Webshop (of de oorspronkelijke ontwerper). De aankoop van een licentie geeft de Klant uitsluitend de rechten die expliciet in de licentieovereenkomst zijn omschreven. Het is niet toegestaan de ontwerpen zonder toestemming door te verkopen of te verspreiden.
